Anti-Aging Detox Soup with Bone Broth

A delicious and healthy bone broth soup that will have your belly and your skin happy.

Equipment

  • Large Pot
  • Cutting Board
  • Knife
  • Large spoon

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head green cabbage chopped
  • 1/2 head red cabbage chopped
  • 1 bunch asparagus cut into 2 in pieces
  • 1 head cauliflower chopped into bit size pieces
  • 1 bunch cilantro washed and chopped
  • 1 inch ginger grated
  • 4 cloves garlic diced (add more if you love garlic!)
  • 1 cup Coconut Aminos (you can use soy sauce if you prefer)
  • 1 container bone broth beef or chicken
  • 1/2 red onion chopped
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients into the pot and fill with water to 3 inches below the top of the pot.
  • Cook on medium/high heat for 30 minutes. Test for preferred level of doneness.
  • Top with freshly chopped green onion and/or cilantro.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

This recipe can be easily modified with your favorite veggies. For example, I love zucchini in this soup but friends of mine don't because they think it gets too mushy. I also love mushrooms in mine, but again, just leave out anything you don't like and add in your favorites.
