Ingredients
1/2headgreen cabbagechopped
1/2headred cabbagechopped
1bunchasparaguscut into 2 in pieces
1headcauliflowerchopped into bit size pieces
1bunchcilantrowashed and chopped
1inchgingergrated
4clovesgarlicdiced (add more if you love garlic!)
1cupCoconut Aminos(you can use soy sauce if you prefer)
1containerbone brothbeef or chicken
1/2red onionchopped
saltto taste
pepperto taste
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients into the pot and fill with water to 3 inches below the top of the pot.
Cook on medium/high heat for 30 minutes. Test for preferred level of doneness.
Top with freshly chopped green onion and/or cilantro.

Notes
This recipe can be easily modified with your favorite veggies. For example, I love zucchini in this soup but friends of mine don't because they think it gets too mushy.
